We are looking for God to do great things with the Walk for Life this year! It would mean so much to us if our supporting churches would come join us on Saturday, September 12th and help us celebrate CRADLE’s 30th year in ministry! Forming a Walk team is a fun way to show your support and to let the community know about the resource of CRADLE. It will also help shine light on the fact that all life is precious and a gift from God. We want to encourage everyone to choose life. This is a wonderful time of fellowship with like-minded people. We plan to have live christian music, face painting and balloons for the children, refreshments, prizes for the individual and team that raises the most donations, a certificate awarded to the largest Walk team, and free T-shirts (if pre-registered by August 4th). It’s a fun event for everyone!
Another way you could help support the Walk for Life is by being a sponsor and having your church’s name added to the back of the T-shirts. The Walk packets were mailed out the beginning of June, but if you need any further information please contact our office at (740) 354-2273, visit our webpage cradlepcc.org, or email us at care@cradlepcc.org. You can also easily pre-register for the Walk for Life through our website under the Events tab. Thank you so much for your prayers and support! Your partnership is so important to us!
I’m elated to share that Jesus has saved 10 of our clients so far this year! Glory to God! CRADLE provides a unique opportunity to reach people who may never come to a church service otherwise. It is a blessing to be a part of a ministry that has the opportunity to meet people right where they are, to witness to them, and guide them in the right direction. As well as, help provide for their material needs in addition to their spiritual needs.
We could not do what we do if it were not for God providing for CRADLE’s needs through Spirit-led people like you. Your support, prayers, help, and donations make it possible for us to continue to reach the lost for Christ, encourage the brokenhearted, give biblical counsel, and help those who are in need. Walk for Life 2026
Dear Friends,
It is with great excitement that I announce the 21st annual CRADLE Walk for Life will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026! This is our most anticipated event of the year! The Walk for Life is a wonderful time to get together with friends and other pro-life supporters! With live music, a bouncy house, vendors, face painting and balloons, it’s a great day of fellowship and fun for the whole family! We would love to have all of our friends and supporters join us for this year’s Walk for Life!
As we gather together in support of life, it draws attention from the people in the community and shows them how strongly we believe that all life, in every stage is of great value and worth protecting. Every baby has a right to life and we want to do our best to spread that message and help moms and dads provide for the invaluable lives that have been entrusted to them. At CRADLE, we believe that all life, beginning at conception, is a gift from God and has immeasurable worth. Psalm 139:13-14 says, “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” Life is precious even from the beginning.
We would love for you to join us! The Walk will begin and end at CRADLE, 1112 Gallia Street, Portsmouth, OH. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the Walk will start at 9 a.m.

The funds raised through this Walk will help us continue serving families in the surrounding communities. There are several different ways to get involved. Consider forming a Walk Team and collectively raise donations or join as an individual walker. We would love for you to become a Walk Sponsor and promote your church, business, or organization on the back of the Walk T-shirts. Walk Sponsors can also honor loved ones by adding “In memory of…” on the back of the shirts. You can be a prayer partner and join us in praying for the Walk, our clients and their children, CRADLE volunteers, staff, and Board. If you’re unable to join us in person for the Walk for Life this year, there are ways you could still bless the ministry with a donation. Donations can be mailed to CRADLE at 1112 Gallia St. Portsmouth, OH 45662. You may also come by the office or donate securely through PayPal or on our website cradlepcc.org. If interested in becoming a Walk Sponsor, please contact us.
CRADLE is a nonprofit, pro-life ministry that is solely dependent upon God’s provision through faithful donors and supporting churches. Thanks to your giving, we are able to ease burdens both materially and spiritually by providing maternity, baby, and toddler necessities while also offering biblical counsel to our clients. It is our goal at CRADLE, to show the love of God to everyone who walks in the door. We have the blessed opportunity to meet people right where they are, be a listening ear, teach parenting education, hand out Bibles, present the gospel, conduct Bible studies, offer spiritual guidance, and help provide the items needed for our clients and their children. Through showing the love of Jesus and helping with material needs, we hope to encourage our clients to choose life for their babies. Every life is created with a purpose.

Come join us for the Walk for Life and help us celebrate life and CRADLE’s 30th year of service! It is an honor to be a part of this unique ministry, to have the opportunity to help those in need and to point them to our Saviour, Jesus.
