Dear Friends,

 

Praise the Lord!  God is still moving at CRADLE!  Since my last letter, another mom accepted Jesus as her Saviour!  I’m so thankful for the drawing of the Holy Spirit and the convicting power of God to save!  Jesus is faithful!  I am incredibly blessed to be a part of a wonderful ministry that helps people right where they are in the middle of difficult situations.  While helping the people that come to CRADLE with their material needs, we have the opportunity to also help them with their spiritual needs, buy telling them about the Saviour who loves them and gave Himself to pay the sin-debt that we could not pay.  Serving in this ministry is such a blessing that has eternal rewards.  

 

If you would like to find out how you could be a part of what God is doing here at CRADLE, please contact our office.  There is a wide range of volunteer opportunities where you can set your own schedule.  God will bless those willing to show His love to others and spread the Good News of Jesus Christ.  Currently, we are prayerfully seeking an Office Manager which is a paid, part-time position.  The days/hours are Tuesday-Thursday, 10am-4pm.  Applications can be turned in through our website cradlepcc.org or to our office.  We would greatly appreciate you sharing this opening with your congregation.  We desire God’s will to be done in filling this very important position.  Please continue to help us pray for God to send who He wants at CRADLE.

 

Throughout the month of April, CRADLE will be holding a Baby Shower Drive.  The items that we currently need the most are:  sleepers/pajamas (24 months), long sleeve girl clothes (24 months), diapers (size 3-7), baby laundry detergent, toddler toothbrushes/toothpaste, diaper cream, Mylicon drops, infant Tylenol, and bottle drying racks.  CRADLE has baby registries at both Amazon and Walmart.  Donations can be dropped off at the CRADLE office Tuesday-Thursday, 10am-4pm.  We would appreciate you sharing this Drive with as many as you can.  We are thankful for your continued support!

 

We plan to have our annual Mother’s Appreciation Giveaway in May.  This event will be open not only to CRADLE clients, but also to anyone who is in need in the surrounding communities.  There are no requirements other than either being pregnant or having a child in CRADLE sizes.  We will be handing out baby and toddler items, clothes, diapers, wipes, diaper rash cream, etc.  Bibles and gospel tracts will also be given to everyone who attends the event.  We will be ready to sign-up new clients and give out CRADLE and supporting church information.  Thank you for your prayers as we continue to share the Word of God and help those in need.

 

As we press forward, I’m excited to see how God will continue to move at CRADLE.  With the events happening in the world, I believe that we need to share Christ more urgently than ever.  I ask you to join us in praying for our current clients and those that God sends our way.  Please pray for our staff, volunteers, and board as we reach out to help everyone we can and that our efforts to share the gospel will be fruitful.  Thank you for your faithful prayers and support of this ministry!  We are grateful!
