“A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love
one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.”
Every day at CRADLE, we aspire to love like Jesus loves. The women, men, and children that
God sends to CRADLE are in need of compassion, empathy, encouragement, direction, and most of
all, love. We are commanded in God’s Word to love others. God is love. God sent His Son, Jesus, to
be the propitiation for our sins. If God so loved us, we ought also love one another. It is a privilege to show the love of God to our clients and their children.
We pray to have a heart that loves like Jesus, eyes to see as He sees, not on the outward
appearance, but instead, the heart. It is our desire to have ears that truly hear what isn’t being said but needs addressed. To have thoughts of grace instead of judgment and to be guided by the Holy Spirit in every interaction we are privileged to have. We are in no way perfect, but as we love others, God dwells in us, and His love is perfected in us. (1 John 4:12)
CRADLE now has a professionally designed website! We were blessed to have Appalachian Marketing and Media create an informative website for CRADLE that is easy to use. Check it out at cradlepcc.org!
We are still in need of a Client Coordinator. This part-time position works directly with clients during our open hours, Tuesday-Thursday, 10am-4pm. Please continue to join us in praying that God will send the person He wants for this much needed position. Being a part of the ministry of CRADLE is a blessing! This is a work with eternal rewards.
Looking ahead, we plan to hold a Baby Shower Drive during the month of April. CRADLE
was blessed last year during our Drive by generous support. We pray God will bless this year’s effort, as well. We are also planning another Free Community Giveaway that will most likely be held in May. We want to reach out and help as many people as possible with needed material items, as well as, the Gospel of Jesus.
We are able to freely hand out Bibles, teach God’s Word, and tell our clients about a Saviour
that loves them because of the faithful support you give. It is because of this support and generosity, we are free to minister to our clients’ greatest need, Jesus, while we also help with their physical needs.
Thank you for your partnership and prayers. You are a blessing to us, our clients and their families!
Serving with love,
