Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” ~2 Corinthians 5:17
As I look around and see the beauty that God is creating this spring with colorful flowers, beautiful blue skies, vibrant green grass and flourishing trees, I’m reminded of the new life we receive when we accept Jesus as our Saviour. Jesus changes us from the inside out, old things are passed away and all things become new. We truly become a new person when the Holy Spirit dwells within us. I’m so thankful for that wonderful change!

I’m blessed to share that since my last letter, four of our clients have experienced that change by accepting Jesus as their Saviour! All the praise goes to Jesus! He is so good to us! God has placed soul-winners in this ministry and continues to send us people in need of salvation. What a rewarding work we have been blessed with! Your support, prayers, and donations make it possible for us to continue to reach the lost for Christ, encourage the discouraged, help pregnant women chose life, and assist those who are in need. You are a blessing to us, our clients, and the community!

We are thankful for the donations that came in for last month’s Baby Shower Drive. Thank you for your continued support of this ministry! We couldn’t do all that we are able to do if it were not for the generous supporters that God sends us. We are grateful! Because of the abundance that God has given, we are able to have another giveaway that will be open to the surrounding communities, not only CRADLE clients. We want to shine the light of Jesus to all that we come into contact with. The Mother’s Appreciation Giveaway will be held at CRADLE on May 15th from 11am-1pm. In addition to giving out baby and toddler clothes, diapers, wipes, and an assortment of other items, we will also be handing out the Word of God to everyone who attends. We are so grateful for every opportunity we have to share the gospel with others!

The 20th annual Walk for Life planning has begun. The Walk will be held in September. We would greatly appreciate you joining us in prayer as we prepare for this special event. We look forward to the Walk every year. It’s always a great time of fellowship in support of life. More information will be mailed out at a later date. I’m looking forward to what God has in store for us this year! Thank you for your faithful partnership with the ministry of CRADLE!

Dear Friends in Christ,

“And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.” ~Matthew 28:5-6

Praise the Lord, we serve a risen Saviour! Jesus is not dead! He defeated death, conquered Hell, and overcame the grave! Because He lives, we can too through the holy blood of the Lamb! Glory to God for sending His Son, Jesus, to be the propitiation for our sins, making the way for us to escape the punishment we deserve. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. ~Romans 5:8-9 I will never get over the perfect Son of God choosing to take my punishment and lay down His sinless life so that I could go free. Wow! What perfect love we find in Jesus!

To God be the glory for the great things He has done! Two moms accepted Jesus as their Saviour last month at CRADLE! Spreading the gospel, lifting up the name of Jesus, and seeing lives eternally changed, while also offering the help people need, is our goal. What a blessing it is to serve in this ministry! God is continuing to do a work at CRADLE and for that we are so thankful! This month, we will be offering our clients dress clothes and matching shoes for each of their children (free of points) to encourage them to take their children to church. We will also be giving each family a children’s book that tells of the true meaning of Easter. It is because of our donors that we are able to do these things to be a blessing to our clients and their families. Thank you for helping to make things like this happen!
CRADLE will be holding a Baby Shower Drive throughout the month of April. The items that we currently need the most are: toddler shoes (size 5-9), boy and girl clothing (size 3t-5t), diapers (size 3-7), Pull-ups, sleepers/pajamas (size 18 months-5t), baby laundry detergent, sippy cups, and baby bottles. CRADLE has baby registries at both Amazon and Walmart. Donations can be dropped off at the CRADLE office Tuesday-Thursday, 10am-4pm. We would greatly appreciate you sharing this Drive with your congregation.
We will be having our annual Mother’s Appreciation Giveaway May 15th, 11am-1pm. This event will be open to everyone in the surrounding communities who are in need, not only CRADLE clients. What a blessing it is to show the love of Jesus to the large crowds of people who come to these giveaway events! We plan to hand out baby and toddler items, clothes, diapers, wipes, diaper rash cream, etc. Bibles and gospel tracts will also be given to everyone who attends the event. We will be ready to sign-up new clients and pass out CRADLE and supporting church information. I’m including flyers for both events; feel free to copy and distribute as you see fit.
Thank you for spreading the word and telling others about the ministry of CRADLE! You are truly a blessing to us and our clients. Your prayers and support are making a positive, eternal difference in the lives of others. We pray you have a blessed Easter season celebrating our victorious Saviour!
